Starting the therapy journey can be scary.

I’m so glad you found your way here.

Welcome.

We cannot ignore our pain and feel compassion for it at the same time.

-Brene Brown

Hi, I’m Colleen.

I’m so glad you’re here.

However you found your way here, and for whatever reason: welcome.

  • Are you feeling ready to live into more authenticity, resonance and alignment?

  • Are feeling lonely, or are you wanting more access to that small voice inside you that knows the way to go, but often gets ignored.

  • Maybe you are pregnant and need support in this season of life.

  • Maybe you are struggling with infertility.

  • Maybe you are finding that staying regulated as a parent is the hardest thing you could imagine.

Whatever brings you here, it takes courage to take the first step and begin. I believe that much of our sorrow and struggles are rooted in relational experiences in our past, and that similarly, there is healing to be found in not remaining alone in your experience. I would be honored to participate with you on this journey as you find healing and restoration.

A bit about me: I received my Masters of Art in Counseling Psychology in 2010 from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. • LGBTQ+ Individuals

  • Spirituality- namely healing from spiritual trauma and the impact of “purity culture”

More about my clinical work and my training:

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio, and I  have 15 years of experience working in various counseling settings. I’ve worked in domestic violence organizations, a homeless shelter, college settings, with families affected by kids with cancer, in a private practice setting, led retreats and worked in immigration cases writing psychological evaluations for persons seeking asylum. Each setting has shaped the way I work and each have enriched my view of the world and what it means to seek out healing. I most recently received my PMH-C designation in 2025, as a certified perinatal mental health therapist.

How I work: I work creatively and collaboratively with each client. I seek to offer a warm, affirming, and engaging environment. I offer space to sit in the heavy and hard moments of your life with presence, tenderness and hope, while also helping you to grow your resilience and your ability to offer yourself grace and tenderness.

Whatever brings you here, I would be honored to walk with you

as you seek to better understand yourself and come home to

yourself.
